The Autumn equinox represents a time for balance, for reflection, and preparation for any cold and darkness that winter may bring.

Together we will prepare ourselves for whatever comes next through rest, community, nature, warm meals, yoga, journaling. We will stay in the high Colorado rockies in a private home surrounded by pine trees and hummingbirds and will spend each night under the stars. Included in this retreat.
